Return and Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items. All sales are final once completed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all items purchased from BeautyKey cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy applies even if the item is unopened or unused. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages, Defective, or Incorrect Items The only exception to our "no return" policy is if you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If there is an issue, please contact us at sales.beautykey@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds or Replacements (for approved damage claims only) If your claim for a damaged or defective item is approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
